What's next after framing?
Once framing inspection passes, the roof goes on and we start rough-in — running electrical wires, plumbing pipes, and HVAC ducts through the walls before they close up. This is the last time you'll see inside your walls, so we recommend a walkthrough.
Phase 3 — Roofing & Exterior
Roof installation, siding, windows, exterior doors, and weatherproofing. Once this phase completes, the building is sealed from the elements.
